Two of our Millennial tycoons- Rezaul Hakim Shanto & Rebeka Sultana Binti received an international award “ Next Generation International Leader Award 2022” in Nepal. Shanto has got in the Service and Manufacturing sector whilst Binti got in the Advertisement Media Personality and Climate Change Activist sector. 
They were awarded the prize in recognition of her artistic excellence, leadership qualities, and contributions to the excellence of work with the environment, service & production. Both two serve as inspiration for the younger generation. The award was given at a glittering ceremony of ‘Nepal-Bangladesh Next Generation Leaders Summit 2022’ held on March 24 in Kathmandu, Nepal. His Excellence Salauddin Noman Chowdhury, Ambassador of Bangladesh to Nepal was the chief guest at the function organized by Nepal Tourism Board in Kathmandu. Nepal’s Youth Minister Maheshwar Gahatraj Athak was the President of the program. Also present as special guests were the President of the Youth Council of Nepal, the President of the Global Youth Parliament Divakar Arial and other dignitaries from Bangladesh and the international arena.
On the First Day, Rezaul Hakim Shanto, Chairman and Managing Director, Aristo Corporation Ltd. & Colorplus Masterbatch Manufacturing Company Ltd. has shared ‘How to Create a Good Brand, Sustainable growth of Brand’ in front of the audience. On the second day of the conference, Binti delivered a keynote address on the topic of “Climate Change: From the Himalayas to the Beach”. The cause of climate change – she inspires private enterprise by impressing the institutionalization of possible solutions. Whilst Shanto has shared ‘How we can use Plastic in Environmental Friendly ways”. He has shown that plastic is, nowadays, unavoidable goods that should be produced in biodegradable ways so that it melted in water and create less harm to the environment.
Binti received an international award in addition to her mature position as a producer and producer of advertisements and short films, her work in various responsible positions at Junior Chamber International Bangladesh and Rotary Club of Dhaka Midtown has been especially appreciated by the younger generation and the underprivileged. He has been given this honor as her initiative and leadership in urban client Binti’s climate will serve as encouragement and inspiration for the youth. The selection was made after intense research and careful observation by the ‘Global Youth Parliament and the GLTS Global Citizen Nomination Committee’. Which is actively working for the sole purpose of identifying the best and brightest qualified candidates in Bangladesh.
Rebeka Sultana Binti and her husband Touhid Mitul’s Film Shop is especially popular for their aesthetic visual work.
